Energy@Work is very proud to be the winner of the 2021 Innovative Excellence Tenant Award. In 2020, we were awarded the Collaborative Excellence award and have since worked to expand our efforts and share our insights to support the Commercial and Multi-res Sectors.
Key accomplishments:
Goal: Utilize the Energy Management Action Plan (E-MAP) to support properties in achieving their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy through innovative and collaborative practices to uncover energy efficiency potential without sacrificing tenant comfort, safety, or equipment reliability.
Action: Customized the E-MAP across 22 commercial offices in the GTA to assist in developing their strategies to support tenant health and safety. E-MAP is a 7-pillar comprehensive approach that focuses on people while providing a proven process, along with the necessary products, to achieve success. This was shared in BOMA Toronto’s “Restarting Smart – Optimizing Performance” 3-Part Series Workshop.
